Mountain of Memories and More Just want everyone to know just how grateful i am to be alive!!! i know many of you are wondering what is going to happen...well Heather at High Strung Beads has offered me a section of her store and to share her class room...so i can take my time deciding and trying to rebuild. how amazing and kind is she!!!!! I am trying to get a web store up and going. it will take time to get some inventory reordered so please be patient. we have to get to the point of what racks to keep and get it in storage and than get some inventory ordered and i have a computer on order already. thank you to everyone for all your prayers and offers to help.

Thank you so much for the concern, calls and offers to help. We are still waiting for inspectors and insurance adjustors. As it stands now what we know the store will be closed for at least 1 month to move to a new location and 3-4 months at our current location. We need to wait for insurance information before final decisions are made. Please watch here for info on a web site to help serve our scrapbooking needs.

just to keep everyone updated ...we were not able to go in today. they are hoping to find out from a structural engineer tomorrow if we can go in maybe tomorrow. the store won't be open any time soon i will keep you updated as we find out what is savable. garry let me know there is water damage...the paper room is ruined. smoke damage took out the other paper as for the rest time will tell. i will post here and on mountain of memories and more facebook page as i find things out. I have an order of teresa collins and a few other items coming in this week that won't be damaged so i will post pictures here and on the facebook for people to buy. Jolene...that order has your bind it all in it...yea...

The Public Drug Fire....how it affected MOMS

To all of Jeanie's friends... She's fine. For those who haven't heard, there has been a fire in the Public Drug building which is next door to Mountains of Memories. I spoke with Jeanie a little while ago and she's fine. Dave got in to town yesterday afternoon and is with her. Her daughter and family left for home last night so they weren't around when the fire started around midnight last night. As of a couple of hours ago the store had not sustained any fire damage but there is definitely smoke damage. Jeanie told me that she won't be able to get back into the store to assess any damages until tomorrow (Monday) afternoon or later. Jeanie has been trying to call people, but she doesn't have her phone - it's in the store somewhere - so she has only been able to reach the people who are listed in the phone book or whose numbers she remembers. If you need to get a hold of Jeanie, please send me a Facebook email with your name and phone number and I will pass it on to Jeanie.
