it has been an emotional weekend...my aunt died a couple of weeks ago which was hard on my parents...yesterday my brother let me know my dad was critically ill and in icu....
an hour later i was called by my nephew to let me know that my mom was admitted and receiving blood transfusion...and they are in separate hospitals 120 miles apart. My mom is better and will be released. My dad if he makes it will never live at home again. Sad times. i will need to fly to texas Apr. 16 - 20th to help with things and i just really need to see my mom. we will be open some of apr. 17th, 18th and 20th i will post the hours as soon as i know them. * the store will NOT be open on Sun. April 19 as i won't be here.

the quickutz delima....most of you know about them having to change manufactures...causing alot of shipping and manufacturing struggles which are now resolved. Dan left to go back to school full time and our store order was lost in the system... which means no "cracked egg die".
In talking the matter over with Hayden our new rep you will get the Exclusive club heart speech bubble die for March plus a second 2x2- 3 line speech bubble die for the inconvience.
They are at the store NOW! Quickutz is provideing a 4x8 alphabet give away and the store is giving away 8 easter egg 2x2 dies. we will do the drawing on monday mar 30. stop by to make a tag between 6-7:30pm.

My Mind's Eye winner
We were lucky enough to have Kathy doing the chocolate crop make and take and alot of fun was had by everyone!!! WONDERFul project Kathy--thank you very much. Amy and her daughter Kyra were able to be at the store today (Saturday) to help...thank you so much girls...so Kyra drew the winning name from the container at 4pm.....and the winner is........................

well our first silhouette support group went well...because Dawn is an awesome teacher!!!! thank you so very much.
some weeks are just emotional and frustrating i have had 2 of those recently...jeanie day dreams of sleeping...i guess that is enough about me.
guess what finally came this afternoon...yes the feb. club dies and the rest of the order !!! yea.
i have to teach this weekend at the college so i will work on getting them in the computer around the teaching schedule. now if we can get the march club dies life will be on even ground again....
Also the new My Mind's Eye order has come-- it will take till Monday to get that order in and out...but well worth it --wonderful papers!!!! and i think any one who comes by this next week (Monday Mar. 16 Dave's birthday thru Saturday Mar 21) and buys my minds eye products or shows me (Jeanie) a project done with any My Minds Eye products will be put in for a drawing to win a My Mind's Eye packet of goodies!!!

Little Yellow Bicycle has started coming….some of the baby line --girl and boy. Special paper that would also work for spring. Fun stuff.

card camp
We had so much fun! Everyone was awesome....we got to know a few new people and enjoyed some of the regulars. I have met so many wonderful people here and am grateful every day to know you. We made a card organizer, 14 cards, and had lots of laughs...I want to THANK each of you that came. A HUGH thank you needs to go to Barbara Murfield who designed and taught 6 of the cards that were done....You are awesome Barbara!
